A small modern catering trailer provides a range of street food classics using quality fresh ingredients. Some of our most popular offerings include;
- Gourmet Burgers - Slow-cooked Pork, Beef, Lamb Burgers/ rolls - Real Sausage Hot dogs (Classic or Specialty) - Loaded fries - Crispy Chicken Wings - Quality Vegan + Vegetarian Offerings
Meat sourced from highly regarded C.A Leech and Sons, Melbourn. High welfare, high quality, locally sourced produce that speaks for its self. Enquire for other cuisine options.
Capable of serving 30 - 200*, mobile and flexible, covering a large range of events and different food styles. Some of our most common venues/ events include;
- Private event hire - Fairs, Fetes and Festivals - Wedding Parties/ receptions - Pop-ups; Pubs, Bars and Breweries - Sports events/ matches - Corporate Lunches/ Functions
Can be self-sufficient run off a generator but performs best with electrical mains hook up, with two circuits drawing less than 3kW each its suitable to run off a domestic power source.
