Founded by an ex-police officer, we build bespoke teams where everyone's skills complement each other perfectly. From first responders to fully registered HCPC Paramedics, every single member of our team is highly qualified, professional, and genuinely friendly. Backed with real world incident and emergency management experience our staff are equipped to add real value to your event.

Event Medical Cover: Fully equipped roving teams, response units, and modern ambulances that can act as self-sufficient mobile treatment clinics. Planning & Approvals: We can jump in right from the start to draft your Event Medical Plans and Risk Assessments, helping you breeze through local council and SAG approvals.

Further to this, we can help you with safety documentation such as risk assessment and safety management during your event and supply operational safety services including fire marshalls and crews.

Because we know how important peace of mind is, we're backed by gold-standard insurance, including £2m Medical Malpractice, £10m Public Liability, and £10m Employers Liability underwritten by Hiscox. Our clinical care is also overseen and audited by our own Medical Director (a registered doctor), so you can rest easy knowing you're fully covered.

Our group director, Ryan, spent a decade working as a police officer here in Surrey, managing risk in some of the most unpredictable, high-pressure environments you can think of, and dealing with a varied set of circumstances every day.

During his time in the emergency services, he kept crossing paths with the event sector, and to be honest, he was often shocked by what he saw. Far too often, "event medical cover" just meant organisers throwing a few well-meaning but ultimately unprepared bodies in green t-shirts onto a site with basic first-aid kits, zero clinical oversight, and no real planning. If a real emergency happened, the burden fell straight back on the local NHS 999 service, leaving the event organisers wide open to massive safety and legal liabilities. Taking a particular interest in event and venue safety, this then developed into a private enterprise that initially ran alongside his full time role.

He built and expanded MEDIREK to actively raise the standards of this industry. He wanted to bring the exact same discipline, professional training, and robust governance he relied on in the emergency services over to the live event and entertainment world whilst cutting through the noise for organisers to ultimately increase the chances of safe events occurring and uphold public safety.
