Proper Chinese comfort and the UK's first Jianbing - multiple award-winning street food trader. We serve traditional Beijing street food dish, Jianbing - an omelette crepe topped with fresh ingredients, Chinese sauces and our signature meats and veggie fillings. Each crepe is made to order using traditional cooking techniques and recipes passed down by our family.
We also serve a large range of Chinese/Korean/Japanese dishes to suit all events: - Bao Buns, Korean Fried Chicken, Asian Burgers, Katsu Curry, Dumplings, Spring Rolls, Steamed Char Siu Buns, Char Siu wraps, Wings, Ribs, BBQ, Korean Tacos/Burritos, Asian Sliders, Duck Wraps. If there is a particular dish you want, let us know and we can make a menu that works for you!
We are on a mission to change the way Chinese food is eaten in the UK by bringing our traditional dishes, made from scratch, to the masses and using ethically sourced produce. We trade from a full gazebo set up and can cater any event from 50 - 500 portions. If there is something you are looking for in particular, we can work with you to create a menu that fits your event.
