We specialise in creating seamless mobile bar experiences for weddings, parties and special events. Our Story

Hospitality and bar work is where it all started for me. After leaving school, I went straight into the industry and spent years working behind bars and running events for other companies, learning exactly what makes a great service — and what doesn’t.

Over time I realised I wanted to do things my own way: better organisation, better presentation and a more personal, reliable experience for clients. That’s how Midlands Elite Bars was born — built on real hands-on experience and a genuine passion for creating brilliant events.

Our Team

We’re a small, friendly and professional team who genuinely enjoy what we do. Our bartenders are experienced, approachable and focused on keeping service fast, smooth and welcoming, so guests feel looked after from the first drink to last orders. When you book us, you’re not just hiring a bar — you’re getting a team that cares about your day as much as you do.

Experience

With over 12 years in the mobile bar and events industry, hospitality has always been at the heart of what we do.

After years of managing events and mobile bar operations for other businesses, I launched Midlands Elite Bars in 2019 to deliver a more professional, reliable and personal service of my own.

Since then, we’ve provided bar services for hundreds of events — from intimate weddings and private parties to large corporate functions and festivals — catering for anywhere between 50 and 9,000 guests. We’ve also supported and managed bar operations for other event businesses, giving us the knowledge and confidence to handle events of any size smoothly and professionally.

No matter the scale, our focus is always the same: great drinks, efficient service and a stress-free experience for every client.

Amazing Team

Brilliant staff and great communication
