We don't do boring buffets. Every dish is made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients, with menus inspired by flavours from around the world. Combined with reliable service and beautiful presentation, we make catering something people actually remember.

Our Story
I have a love of great food and good service. My background is weddings; I relished the finer details of making a wedding happen, after all, each moment needs to be perfect! This set me in good stead for when I joined Millars; I work with a lot of corporates, and building those relationships is paramount. I am inspired by what we offer as it really is good quality and done with care and attention.
Our Team
Richard and Ross (a father and son duo) founded Millar’s eateries in 2018 with a simple aim: to delight and inspire guests with exceptional food, heartfelt hospitality, and to leave them with an unforgettable experience.
We want Millar’s eateries to be more than just a place to eat. It’s a celebration of family, creativity and connection. Drawing inspiration from Richard's years of working (and eating!) around the world and Ross' experience working right across hospitality, we set out to bring our vision to life.
