Service above and beyond expectations
Peter of Milligan Visuals supplied us with a 10K projector and large screen at a very fair price. He helped set it up and when our intended media player didn't work he went out and sourced a DVD player for us. Given the rush in setting up this party on the day this was fantastic help. I can not stress enough how highly I rate the service provided and I wouldn't even consider asking anyone else in the future. Professional service with well maintained equipment and 100% customer satisfaction. Absolutely SUPERB!!
Peter was very professional and thoroughly helpful throughout the planning process sending prompt replies to all communications in the lead up to the event. On the day the projector we had requested could not be used but he had a backup solution which worked very well and garnered nothing but praise from all of our guests. He behaved honestly in relation to this projector replacement as I was not aware of the switch until after the event when he contacted me to reduce our final balancing payment as a result.
