I photograph conferences, awards nights, product launches and staff celebrations for event agencies, venues and in-house teams who need images that keep working after the event: for marketing, PR, LinkedIn, internal communications and promoting next year's event.

Before photography I spent 20 years in hospitality, including ten at a five-star resort, so I understand how events run behind the scenes. I know where to stand when the award is handed over, how to work around production crews and AV, and how to stay out of the way while still getting the shot.

Edited galleries are delivered via a private online link, ready to download and share. I'm based in Newport and regularly work across South Wales, Bristol, the South West, the Midlands and London.

I am a professional photographer specialising in event and corporate photography, with experience covering conferences, awards ceremonies and organised events. I am drawn to events because they are fast-paced, people-focused and unpredictable, every moment matters. I enjoy working closely with event organisers, venues and production teams to ensure key moments, speakers and audience interactions are captured seamlessly. My background has taught me to work calmly under pressure, adapt quickly to changing environments and deliver consistent, professional results. I focus on creating images that not only document an event but support my clients’ marketing, PR and communication goals long after the day has finished.

I founded MKS Photography in 2017 and specialise in corporate and hospitality events. I've photographed conferences, awards ceremonies, charity galas and festivals at venues from London, Oxford and Nottingham to Bristol and Wrexham.

My work has appeared on four Voice Magazine covers in 2026, and several of my clients book me again each year for their annual conferences and awards.
