Moments Covered is a Beaconsfield-based gazebo and marquee hire company for people who want their garden party, birthday, christening or BBQ to go ahead whatever the weather without the price tag of a full marquee company.

We hire out sturdy commercial-grade 3x6 gazebos and 8x4 party gazebos that can be joined to cover 20 to 50 guests, and we're adding larger structures for weddings and bigger events. Every hire includes delivery, set-up and take-down by us, so you never have to work out how the frame goes together on the morning of your party. Add sides, lighting, tables, chairs and heaters, and we'll turn a lawn into a proper space for the evening.

Moments Covered started this year when the two of us, Dom and Henry, kept seeing friends and family either cancel garden parties because of the forecast or get quoted marquee prices that made no sense for 30 guests. We bought our first gazebos to fill that gap: proper, weatherproof cover for the kind of parties people actually throw, delivered and set up by people who care whether the event goes well. We've grown from there on word of mouth and repeat bookings, and we're now moving into larger structures for weddings and community events.

We've supplied gazebos for events across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and West London, from 20-guest garden birthdays to a 100-person military social event. We partner with established local marquee companies for larger structures, so if your event grows beyond what we carry ourselves we can still cover it under one booking.

Most of our customers are families and friends hosting a garden party, a milestone birthday, a christening or a summer BBQ for 15 to 50 guests, usually within 20 miles of Beaconsfield. We also supply market traders and small businesses with 3x3 gazebos for stalls and pop-ups, sports clubs and schools for fairs and presentation days, and local companies for team days and networking events.

Fully insured with public liability cover. All gazebos are commercial-grade, weighted and secured in line with the MUTA Best Practice Guide for temporary structures.
