A fixture of the Cardiff street food scene specialising in artisan grilled cheese sandwiches, they really are oozing with cheesy goodness! With over twenty different fillings to choose from such as; ‘The Alabama Slamwich’, Pulled pork with home-made BBQ sauce, ‘Croqueizo’ Chorizo with sun blushed tomatoes and spring onion or ‘The Glamorgan’, Leeks garlic and onion in béchamel sauce with Caerphilly cheese and Dijon mustard.
All of the sandwiches are made with local sourdough bread and a delicious blend of cheeses. For private events the sandwiches can be served with a buffet of delicious sides and salads with home-made sauces and chutneys.
