About Munch on Wheels
Munch on Wheels brings the heart of comfort food straight to your event – steaming, sizzling and bursting with flavour you can smell before you even see the truck. We’re a Milton Keynes based street food kitchen specialising in slow-cooked, home-style dishes served fast, so your guests get proper food without the long queues.
Picture fluffy Jacket Potatoes, split open and piled high with molten cheese, rich Bolognese Ragu and cool, tangy toppings that melt and mingle into every bite. Żurek – our “Polish Ramen” – sends out a warm, smoky aroma of sour rye broth, garlic and marjoram, with sausage and egg floating in a bowl that feels like a hug on a cold day.
Hungarian Goulash bubbles away in its own deep, paprika-red sauce, tender beef and vegetables falling apart on the fork, while our Bolognese Ragu is slow-simmered until the tomato, herbs and meat become one silky, savoury sauce. We’re built for events: from busy festivals to corporate lunches and private parties, we can comfortably serve 50–60 meals per hour, keeping lines moving and guests happy.
Everything is cooked and finished on-site in our fully equipped food truck, so you get the theatre of street food – the hiss of the pan, the clatter of ladles, the steam rising as we plate up.
