New Forest Pasta Co is a fresh pasta business bringing delicious, freshly prepared Italian-inspired food to events across the New Forest, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We make our own fresh pasta and sauces using quality ingredients and serve generous, flavourful dishes designed to be enjoyed at festivals, markets, private parties, weddings and corporate events. We offer a relaxed, professional catering experience with a focus on great food, friendly service and a menu that can be tailored to each event.

New Forest Pasta Co grew from a genuine love of Italian food and the pleasure of making food from scratch. What started as a small idea has developed into a proper small-batch food business, built around fresh pasta, homemade sauces, focaccia and Italian desserts.

We’re passionate about food that is simple, generous and full of flavour. Fresh pasta is at the heart of what we do, using traditional bronze-die methods to give it the texture and character that makes a really good pasta dish.

We’re inspired by the way food brings people together — whether that’s a relaxed family celebration, a wedding, a festival or a corporate event. Everything is made in our commercial kitchen in small batches, and we care about using good ingredients and, wherever possible, supporting local producers.

As a small independent business, we’re personally involved in everything we make and serve. That means we can be flexible, create menus around each event and put the same care into catering for a small private gathering as we would for a much larger occasion.

New Forest Pasta Co is an independent fresh pasta business specialising in handmade-style fresh pasta, authentic Italian-inspired sauces and event catering. I have professional cookery training with Leiths School of Food and Wine and have developed and operate a fully fitted commercial kitchen, producing fresh pasta and sauces to a high standard. I have experience preparing food for markets, events and catering, with a strong focus on quality, presentation, food safety and customer service. I hold a 5-star food hygiene rating and have invested in professional catering equipment and facilities to deliver a reliable service for events of all sizes.

We cater for a wide range of clients and events, including private parties, weddings, corporate events, festivals, markets and celebrations. Our fresh pasta makes a great alternative to traditional event catering, offering freshly prepared, Italian-inspired food that is both satisfying and approachable. Menus can be tailored to suit the style of the event and guest numbers.
