About Nick Clayton Photography

I am an experienced photographer in many disciplines of photography. I particularly specialise in wedding, wildlife & aviation photography, but have also produced stunning portrait and food photography images for clients.

Our Story

My photography journey began in the early 1980’s, long before digital photography was even a ‘thing’ & you had to master the art of the exposure triangle correctly, & know how to manually load a 35mm film into a camera. Things have certainly moved on since then, & nowadays everyone thinks they are a photographer with their smartphone in their hand; yes there’s some great content creators & vloggers out there; but if you really want decent prints & superb quality imagery - hire a photographer! I still enjoy many aspects of photography, from wildlife to weddings, pets to portraits, cars to airplanes; my passion for photography is still as strong as it was all those years ago.

Our Team

I work alone 99% of the time, I do on occasions bring along a ‘second shooter’ (with the agreement of the client of course, & at no extra cost to them).

Experience

I have over 40 years experience as a photographer, & turning it into a career was never really on the cards. It came about purely by doing a friend a favour, & it took off from there. Never say never as the saying goes…

Typical Clients

I offer a range of bespoke packages to suit you - the client. Family or pet portraits, birthday parties, all day wedding photography, even photos of your car or motorbike! Fully insured with many years experience in all aspects of photography.

Wow!

Our wedding was on Saturday and I am blown away by the samples of the photos we’ve seen so far, I’m so excited to see the full album. Nick was attentive, professional and we are so happy we chose him to capture our special day! Absolutely would recommend his services

Great Photography

Great photos!

Nick was brilliant at my birthday party. His communication before the event was great and he explained everything thoroughly for the package. The first look photos were amazing and sent within 24 hours. I'm looking forward to getting the rest!
