I craft creative, reportage-style wedding films across Dorset and the South, discreetly capturing the authentic magic of your celebration from the morning preparations to the final dance. With a quiet and respectful approach, I meticulously document every beautiful detail and unscripted emotion, leaving you completely free to immerse yourselves in the joy of your day. As a special FREE offer, I will spend a morning (or afternoon/evening) with you creating a short, fun interview (optional), along with a video of you both to use for socials. This video can be used to send to guests either as a wedding invitation or as a follow-up just prior to your wedding day, reminding people of what to bring, expect, book or look forward to. If you both play golf (like me : ), we can film that. If you love hiking, cycling, dog-walking, painting, photography, swimming, boating or anything, we can film that. Mixing a short interview, where you discuss each other and what you are looking forward to about marriage and the wedding, with what you love doing would be a great way to build excitement for your big day.

I have had a camera for as long as I can remember. I received my first SLR camera aged 13 and I was splicing cine film before that! From helping to create a short film for the Young People's National Film Festival at school, to building my own photography darkroom in the loft at 14, photography and video have been a huge part of my life ever since. I shot my first wedding at 16 and went on to shoot them in and around the UK, Spain and Italy. When I am not working, I still spend a lot of time with my cameras and drones shooting stock or family events. I feel blessed to love what I do for a living and try to inspire my kids to do the same.

I started as an apprentice photographer whilst at business college and have since photographed weddings in the UK, Spain and Italy and was lucky enough to shoot some famous people along the way. One wedding in Sotogrande, Spain had a number of TV and music celebrities and for one 5-day wedding in Italy, the groom flew in Girls Aloud as their evening entertainment (who stayed for the reception and drinks/photos) as a surprise for his bride. I have been filming weddings since that amazing wedding in Italy (2006) as the groom asked me to film the Girls Aloud set with my first HD video camera. I have also filmed for Pinewood Studios, Channel 4's Iron Man competition, the Sailing World Cup (drone/aerials) and even photographed members of the Royal Family on two occasions including Princess Ann. I have won multiple awards for my wedding photography, Overseas Commercial Photographer of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year for South and West Dorset. I put everything into everything that I do. Including your wedding : )

My typical clients are those who are happy to just leave me to it. My preparation is very thorough and after planning every fine detail with my wedding couples, they can feel confident that I will turn up WELL on time, be well organised and ahead of the game for the day's events. Of course, as well as my stealthy, behind-the-scenes approach, I also love it when couples get involved with some funky and creative ideas based on what they have planned for the day.

I am no longer a member of any professional bodies as they took up a lot of my time. I am though, fully licensed and insured for any drone work including and especially weddings. If possible, I highly recommend allowing me to fly the drone at your wedding as the opening visuals of the venue and other clips throughout the day really add something to your final video(s).
