Then we have our street food sausage around the world stall (always a favourite!). We serve 8 different sausages which are all made in my local butchers, each sausage has a different ingredients imported from that country for example our Africa sausage has spices important all the way from North Africa. We also do Spanish as an orange sausage made with zingy chorizo. Our Mexican is not for the faint hearted! Very spicy and full of flavour. The French sausage is mixed with white wine and garlic whereas the English is your old fashioned favourite! Our Mediterranean version contains sundried tomatoes, basil and peppers. Portuguese uses a blend of medium pri-pri spice. Go east with our Thailand edition - a sweet chilli sausage with lemongrass and coconut. All of the saussaged are served in fresh bread and fried onions with a selection of sauces.
