At the heart of No7 is Paul, whose passion for hospitality was shaped by over 18 years of experience across Romania, the UK, and at sea. From managing elegant restaurants in his hometown, Medias, to working in some of London’s finest establishments—like The Pelham Hotel and the iconic J Sheekey—Paul has built a career rooted in excellence and service. His international journey includes years aboard world-class cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line, where he mastered the art of five-star guest service under pressure. He also holds a WSET Level 2 qualification, bringing professional knowledge to every drink he serves.

Whether it’s a wedding, garden party, christening, or a special birthday, we’re passionate about bringing people together with crisp drinks, expertly mixed cocktails, and the kind of warm, attentive service that only a truly personal business can offer.

Absolutely fantastic

The guys were great kept in contact from booking to the day of the event Nobody was kept waiting for drinks they were fantastic with all the guests and made sure your glasses were kept topped up. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Paul and the No.7 bar guys were incredible!! Amazing service, communication and they catered to all my needs without any hassle whatsoever. The whole Halloween event went so smoothly thanks to them and keeping my guests cups always full! Fantastic 100% Recommend

Paul is a total star. Right from his initial communication to the actual event. We were so lucky to get Paul and his team for our wedding. And WOW, it was totally amazing. The cocktails were as good as any top London bar, fresh mint in the mojitos, top quality ingredients and first class drinks. All made to order, nothing pre mixed and an absolute delight to watch. And they’re lovely guys, very professional and a total pleasure to deal with. As the bride you hope you’ve done your best in the planning, the rest is in the hands of the people you’ve trusted. Amazing bar service

Paul, Roy and their team were absolutely amazing. We used No7 Hirebar for my dads 60th birthday and they were fab! Accommodated our needs very professionally and provided excellent service on the day! All our guests had a fab time. Thanks so much will definitely use them again in the future!
