At the heart of No7 is Paul, whose passion for hospitality was shaped by over 18 years of experience across Romania, the UK, and at sea. From managing elegant restaurants in his hometown, Medias, to working in some of London’s finest establishments, like The Pelham Hotel and the iconic J Sheekey, Paul has built a career rooted in excellence and service. His international journey includes years aboard world-class cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line, where he mastered the art of five-star guest service under pressure. He also holds a WSET Level 2 qualification, bringing professional knowledge to every drink he serves.
Whether it’s a wedding, garden party, christening, or a special birthday, we’re passionate about bringing people together with crisp drinks, expertly mixed cocktails, and the kind of warm, attentive service that only a truly personal business can offer.

What a fabulous team!
Paul and team were amazing! We used No7 Hire at for our wedding. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the run up and the day of. On the day service ran smoothly and effortlessly, my guests commented on how nice they all were! 20/10 would definitely recommend! Thank you No7 Hirebar!!!
Amazing service
I hired Paul for my wedding in September 2025 and his service and presentation of the bar was unbelievable. The cocktails were mixed to perfection. I bought lots of drinks and Paul was able to organise everything. Paul and team worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect and my guests all commented on their amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend him and I will be using him at my next event.
No7 Hirebar were amazing!
We used No7 for my 40th birthday party at my house; 100% would use them again. Paul and Alex were such lovely guys, the guests loved them! They mixed great cocktails, never let people walk around without a drink and they really made the party! They also brought everything with them (bar, tables, glassware, drinks, ice etc) but took everything as well and left it neat, tidy and clean. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great value bar for a night for an event!
Absolutely fantastic
The guys were great kept in contact from booking to the day of the event Nobody was kept waiting for drinks they were fantastic with all the guests and made sure your glasses were kept topped up. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The whole Halloween event went so smoothly thanks to them and keeping my guests cups always full!
