Notty BaBa began with a simple idea: to take the food, flavours and way of eating I grew up with in Beijing and make them my own. Food was always about more than eating; it was about bringing people together.

After more than 20 years in the corporate world in the UK, I decided to take a completely different path and turn that connection with food into Notty BaBa: premium, handcrafted Chinese street food inspired by my Beijing roots, full of bold, comforting flavours and given my own modern twist.

At the heart of our menu are handmade dumplings, soft bao buns and signature hand-stretched Chinese pancake rolls, made with carefully selected ingredients. We believe great street food should feel vibrant, generous and made with heart. Everything is served from our distinctive Airstream-style food trailer, creating a relaxed, sociable focal point for the event. Behind the scenes, we take care of the planning, setup and service, making the experience straightforward for the organiser.

We cater for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations. What sets Notty BaBa apart is the combination of personal heritage, handmade food, an eye-catching setup and our friendly yet professional approach. For us, a successful event isn’t simply about serving great food, it’s about creating an experience that guests enjoy in the moment and remember long afterwards.
