One Bite Bliss offers beautifully styled food experiences designed to elevate weddings, corporate events and private celebrations. We specialise in charcuterie cart hire, grazing platters, canapés, and indulgent dessert carts, including our popular cheesecake cart and apple crumble cart.
Our signature charcuterie cart features carefully selected cheeses, cured meats, crackers, fruits and accompaniments, creating an elegant grazing experience that guests can enjoy throughout the event. Alongside savoury options, our dessert carts bring a warm and comforting touch, serving freshly prepared cheesecake selections and apple crumble desserts that add a memorable sweet finish to any celebration.
Every setup is thoughtfully styled to complement the atmosphere of your event, whether it is a wedding reception, garden party, corporate gathering, networking event or milestone celebration. We focus on high-quality ingredients, balanced flavours and visually striking presentation, ensuring each display becomes part of the experience as well as the menu.
Based in the UK, One Bite Bliss provides flexible catering packages, cart hire options and tailored setups to suit events of different sizes. Optional service staff and custom additions are also available, allowing hosts to create a seamless, stress-free experience while guests enjoy beautifully presented food throughout the occasion.

One Bite Bliss was created from a genuine love of bringing people together through food. What started as styling grazing boards for family gatherings and celebrations quickly grew into a passion for creating beautifully presented, shareable food that encourages conversation and connection.
With a background in events, hospitality and client-focused service, I’ve spent years understanding what makes an event feel effortless and memorable. I’m inspired by relaxed European dining, elegant presentation and the idea that food should enhance an occasion rather than interrupt it.

One Bite Bliss is a founder-led business, personally managed by my partner and me from enquiry to event to ensure every detail is thoughtfully delivered. We work hands-on across planning, preparation and styling, with support from trusted, experienced servers when required for larger events or weddings.
This flexible approach allows us to maintain a personal touch while scaling smoothly for bigger celebrations, ensuring each event receives the same care, consistency and attention to detail.
