Palm Greens

Palm Greens is a London-based catering company and eatery.

We take great pride in using seasonal, high-quality produce and respecting and enhancing the natural flavours of carefully selected ingredients. Taking inspiration from our mixed heritage and travels, designing dishes so that every mouthful is exciting and memorable.

A multifaceted business, with a wellness cafe by day, hosting regular supper clubs, and catering events, from canapé parties to intimate dinners.

Our mission is to have a positive impact through our business, working towards being part of a better food system that's better for the planet, and better for our health. We work with regenerative and organic farms and produce where possible, highlighting seasonal produce and big flavours.

We're Kali and Memby Jago. Kali trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute and worked in restaurants for ten years before becoming a private chef and opening Palm Greens.

Palm Greens has grown from supper clubs in our living room to canapé parties for hundreds.

Our food is inspired by our mixed heritage, travels and the growers we work with. We're on a mission to show that eating well for people and planet can and should taste incredible.

Our clients range from private clients to fashion brands like Mulberry, Uniqlo, Sky Diamond and Fashion District Festival. We also work with businesses looking for a more eco-conscious choice.
