Our purpose-built treatment space arrives at your home, accommodation or workplace, allowing you to step away from everyday life and enjoy uninterrupted time to relax - without travelling, parking or rushing between appointments.

Experiences can be tailored around massage, facials and complementary beauty and wellness treatments, with particular focus on relaxation, recovery and feeling genuinely looked after.

Pampervan was inspired by watching my mum- a strong, hardworking single parent who spent so much of her life looking after everyone else, often leaving very little time for herself.

Growing up, I saw how easily self-care could become something saved for “when there’s time”. That stayed with me.

After more than a decade working within the beauty and wellness industry, I realised treatments were about so much more than how someone looked. They created rare moments to stop, switch off and allow somebody else to take care of you.

That became the idea behind Pampervan.

I wanted to remove the travelling, rushing and time pressures that can make self-care feel like another task. Instead, Pampervan brings a private wellness experience directly to your doorstep- whether at home, during a special stay, at an event or in the workplace.

Today, Pampervan is about creating those moments of pause through thoughtfully curated treatments and wellness rituals, delivered in a private, calming environment where everything has been prepared for you.

Because sometimes the greatest luxury is simply having the time and space to stop.

With over 10 years of experience across the beauty and wellness industry, Pampervan combines professional treatment expertise with a strong understanding of what makes a client experience feel genuinely special.

Founder Michelle holds a BA (Hons) in Salon Business Management alongside professional beauty and wellness qualifications, with extensive hands-on experience delivering treatments including massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and specialist beauty services.

Since creating Pampervan, this experience has been taken beyond the traditional salon setting — delivering private treatments at clients’ homes, luxury stays and accommodation, alongside group celebrations, events and workplace wellbeing experiences.

Working within a mobile environment requires careful planning, organisation and attention to detail. From preparing the treatment space and creating the right atmosphere to coordinating timings and guest flow, every element is considered before arrival.

For larger bookings, Pampervan can also coordinate multiple qualified therapists, allowing us to deliver wellness experiences for greater guest numbers while maintaining the personal service and high standards associated with the brand.

The result is a professional wellness experience that feels effortless for the client- because all the details have already been taken care of.

Founder Michelle has over 10 years of experience within the beauty and wellness industry, holds a BA (Hons) in Salon Business Management, and has professional qualifications across a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments.

Pampervan operates with professional treatment insurance and uses professional-grade products, equipment and hygiene procedures across all bookings.

For larger events and corporate wellbeing experiences, associate therapists are selected based on their relevant professional qualifications, insurance and experience, helping ensure the same standards of safety, professionalism and client care are maintained across the Pampervan team.

Treatments are always provided with consideration for individual needs, suitability and contraindications, with consultations carried out where appropriate.
