A Texas-style smokehouse and BBQ business in Hertfordshire, providing either hot or cold smoked meats, with outside live fire cooking for small gatherings, parties and year-round events. We have a great team to make your event go smoothly.
Our Story
Having been a keen BBQ fan and cook for many years, in my retirement, I fell in love with low and slow Texas-style meat over wood, and I love to share this next-level experience in food.
Our Team
Papa Bears team are all lovers of the food we produce and my wife and daughter are very green found to be helping out along with other keen low and slow cooks.
Typical Clients
We have catered for private birthdays, engagement parties, school fetes, farmers' markets, CAMRA Beer and Cider multiple-day events, Christmas and Halloween events. We have provided food for dinner parties as well as street food markets.
Credentials
We are fully insured and registered with Hertsmere and have a 5 star hygiene rating.
