The Papanaș Story

We are Papanaș

Before they were “desserts,” they were a promise: fresh cheese whisked by hand, dough kissed by heat until golden, then crowned with cool sour cream and a ribbon of jam that runs—just a little—down the side.

The kind of sweetness you share… then guard with your spoon.

This is Romania’s classic—simple, generous, unforgettable.
