Pasta n' Play

This is a great experience for those who want to learn the art of making pasta and learn to cook southern Italian recipes with a real Calabrian cookery teacher.

What can you make in our cooking workshops?

All type of homemade pasta (tagliatelle, pappardelle, farfalle, pici, maccheroni, busiate, gnocculi, gnocchi, lasagne), filled pasta (ravioli, tortellini, culurgiones, tortelli), colourful pasta, all the most delicious Italian sauces you know of, homemade sourdough bread, focaccia, pizza, panzerotti, the most delicious Italian dessert, homemade ice-cream, bagel and rainbow bagel.
