Pastafest

Pastafest started as a crazy idea during lockdown. I have always been passionate by cooking and always loved bringing joy to the dinner table. This came from growing up in France in an Italian and Spanish family where food was an expression of love and care and always an excuse to bring the family together. I had managed restaurants and bars before but moved to the educational sector when I started my family. But in 2021, I was ready to take the leap and bought a run-down horsebox. After countless hours of hardwork, Pastafest was created. With now just over two years of trading and joined by my sister, Pastafest has already gained a great reputation of quality and care and is rapidly growing. At Pastafest, we offer different menus to suit our customers' needs. We always put our customer tastes and wishes at the forefront of our service, thus, we have a range of menu options that can be tailored according to the event. From our festival-vibes Loaded Gourmet Mac and Cheese menu (always a hit!) to our 4 course Italian and French inspired hot buffet, we are sure to satisfy our Pasta lover customers. As well as using the freshest quality ingredients in beautiful pasta dishes, Pastafest also prides itself in accommodating specific dietary requirements and respecting strict cooking processes to be able to cater for our guests suffering from allergies. We have a separate exclusively vegan menu available on demand. Pastafest has different set ups that we can cater from: the Quirky Horsebox, The Rustic Popups or Indoor Buffet. We cater for a range of events such as corporate lunches, staff parties, wedding and all types of celebrations. We also trade at large festivals so we are used to high volumes. The core value of Pastafest is to deliver beautiful heart-warming food by our professional and friendly team and bring joy to our customers and their guests!
