Pastries…. Taste of Jamaica brings the warm, vibrant flavours of authentic Jamaican cooking to events across London and the surrounding areas. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, we cater with food that's made fresh, served generously, and rooted in real Caribbean tradition. Our menu features the classics done properly — slow-cooked curry goat, smoky jerk chicken, baked and fried chicken, fried fish, and rich vegetable curries for our plant-based guests. All served with rice and peas, mac and cheese, coleslaw, and fresh green salad on the side. We're best known for our party-size patties — flaky, golden, and packed with flavour, available in cocktail and canapé sizes, perfect for drinks receptions, weddings, and corporate events. Pair them with our salt fish fritters and freshly made fruit juices for a true taste of the island. Whether you'd like our food truck on-site for a lively, interactive setup, or full catering delivered and served, we'll tailor everything to suit your event, your guest count, and your budget. I worked in corporate for several years and totally got burnt out with admin. I became ill and had to give up work. Whilst at home recovering from surgery, I made the decision not to return to the stress of work but to do something for myself. I did my research and came up with a business plan to go into catering in Jamaican cuisine because I was always an excellent cook, so that means I was halfway there. From there, I set up my company and started cooking and giving samples to family and friends.

I have been cooking and providing catering for approximately 15 years. I have recently bought a food truck from which I sell my products.
