Pastries... Taste of Jamaica

Our main business is producing Jamaican Patties and fine, authentic Jamaican cuisine in and around London. We also cater for birthdays, bridal showers, funerals, anniversaries and private events. Pastries have been around for years, creating delicious cuisine for our many customers, many of whom are repeating ones. We also make party-size or cocktail patties, which are loved by all our customers.

I worked in corporate for several years and totally got burnt out with admin. I became ill and had to give up work. Whilst at home recovering from surgery, I made the decision not to return to the stress of work but to do something for myself. I did my research and came up with a business plan to go into catering in Jamaican cuisine because I was always an excellent cook, so that means I was halfway there. From there, I set up my company and started cooking and giving samples to family and friends.

I have been cooking and providing catering for approximately 15 years. I have recently bought a food truck from which I sell my products.

Birthdays, Corporate events, Weddings, Bridal Showers, Anniversaries, Funerals and local business owners who want to treat staff from time to time.
