Paton Events is a family run company based in Herefordshire specialising in stretch tents, mobile bars and event management. We also offer specialised services including wedding cakes and childcare services.
To put it simply, if you're planning a wedding, party or corporate event, we have you covered - literally!
From ceremony, to dining and onto the party; our stretch tents provide the ultimate space. Combining elegance, flexibility and that very needed weather protection, we work with you to bring your vision to life. From small intimate garden parties, weddings or festivals; our tents create an unforgettable backdrop to your day.

Experience
Oli & Ali and their wives, Molly & Emma, are the face of Paton Events. Molly is in charge of all things day to day and behind the scenes. Between them all, they live and breathe all things wedding & celebration.
It started with a converted trailer and mobile bars and the business is continually growing. Tents, bars and much more to come.
Both Oli & Ali work as a hands on part of the business from planning & set up, to pulling the pints on the night.

Great, very clean, well stocked, friendly team
Fantastic service for our 100 wedding guests, very clean loos, fully equipped and well stocked, easy to deal with team and well above our expectations. These are the 1st portable loos we have had with built in music and a sense of humour in the presentation and pictures/decoration, everyone loved them.

Just Amazing
We used the Rein Inn for our wedding on 23 July and it was a completely faultless service that I’d happily recommend to absolutely anyone. On the day, Oli and his team were a fantastic bunch of people with a bottomless knowledge of the various local drinks they had on offer and crafted their very own rum that was absolutely delicious. I’ve never hired a mobile bar company before and hiring one for our big day was a bit daunting, but Oli was brilliant at communicating, responding with different welcome drink ideas and various ways his team could pitch in to help (and these were genuine offers of assistance rather than a hard sell for an extra service). I couldn’t have been happier with how it all went on the day. Simply brilliant.
