About Pecoro on the Road

After successfully running Pecoro in Sandy for almost 10 years, we have decided to take our pizzas on the road.

We provide wood fired, authentic Italian pizza, for events, corporate parties and one-off occasions. All cooked fresh from our professionally converted pizza van.

Our dough contains 4 simple ingredients (6 if you add "love" into the mix) :Salt, Yeast, Water and a mix of white and wholegrain stone-ground flour. We prove our dough between 12 and 36 hours to obtain a light, crispy and easy-to-digest pizza

Typical Clients

Wedding couples for either their wedding breakfast or evening food, private parties, local events and corporate clients.

Unbelievable Food & Service!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding this week and we hired Alan and the team at Pecoro to provide pizzas for our guests and I honestly couldn’t recommend them anymore. We had around 180 guests and the feedback we received on the day (and still 2 days later via messages) has been absolutely incredible. People have been non-stop raving about the pizzas being the best they’ve ever had!! The service was phenomenal - even just from the communication pre-event, through to on the day, and afterwards. Like I said before - I’ve lost count of the amount of guests who went out of their way to let us know how bloody good the pizzas were! For anyone considering hiring a pizza van, I 100% fully recommend Pecoro - you won’t be dissapointed!
