Phow's Kitchen was founded by the brother-sister duo of Jaymie & Aaron Phow, who are professional chefs with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Phow's Kitchen specialises in authentic Malaysian and Chinese cuisine for events, food festivals and private dinners.

Jaymie & Aaron have worked for some of the best institutions in the UK including Hutong at the Shard, Hurlingham Club, Wimbledon, Twickenham and Manchester City. In 2021, Jaymie & Aaron left their positions in the professional kitchen to start their own business.
