My passion for pizza started after I moved to the UK. I realised how much I missed the taste of a good, authentic Italian pizza, so I decided to learn how to make it myself.

I started from the basics, learning about dough, fermentation, hydration, ingredients and how to get the perfect bake. I spent countless hours practising, making mistakes, changing recipes and trying again. What started as a personal passion slowly became something much bigger.

That journey led to the creation of Pizza di Casa — an Italian street-food stall bringing fresh, homemade-style pizza to markets, pubs, festivals and private events across England.

We specialise in freshly prepared pizza made with quality ingredients and inspired by the flavours of Italy. From classic Margherita and Marinara to pizza al portafoglio, our goal is simple: fresh pizza, great ingredients and the taste of home.

Today, every pizza I make carries a part of my journey — from learning at home to serving customers at markets and events. Pizza di Casa — made with passion, inspired by Italy. ❤️
