Pizza On The Go brings the real taste of Italy straight to your event. Run personally by Fabio and Carlo, we cook 100% authentic Italian recipes from a beautifully restored vintage pizza van, with every pizza hand-stretched and baked to order in a real fire oven right in front of your guests. We also can cater weddings, private parties, corporate events, baby showers, festivals and more across London, always with the same fresh ingredients, real technique and genuine Italian hospitality. The van itself becomes a talking point at every event, and the pizza is what guests remember long after the party ends. From your first enquiry to the last slice served, we keep things personal, reliable and genuinely delicious.

Food has always been part of who we are. Carlo grew up in Napoli, the home of pizza itself, and has been a pizza chef for as long as he can remember — it's in his blood. Fabio comes from Sardinia, with years of professional kitchen experience and still cheffing today, bringing a deep, hands-on understanding of Italian cooking in all its forms. Between us, we've spent over a decade living and working in London, and years before that mastering our craft back home in Italy. Somewhere along the way, we realised the thing we loved most was watching people's faces the moment they tasted real, authentic Italian food — often for the first time done properly, cooked over a real fire, the way our families always made it. That's why we started Pizza On The Go. Not to reinvent pizza, but to bring the true Neapolitan and Italian tradition we grew up with directly to people's events here in London — cooked fresh, from scratch, by two chefs who've genuinely lived this food their whole lives. Every event we cater is a chance to share a piece of home, one pizza at a time.
