We are an independent kitchen on the wheels that can travel around Essex area and bake one of the most delicious pizza you’ve ever tasted, we provide at you’re own choice the tipe of pizza you want BARI or NAPOLETAN any other request we can accommodate as professional pizza backers. I’ve started to love baking pizza since 8 years ago but I didn’t have the chance and courage to open a place for myself I’ve worked for various pizzerias and restaurants, but finally I’m here opening a pizza truck and being proud of the flavours I developed over the years

I’ve worked in no less than 5 pizzerias learning new skills and techniques Italian chefs and cooks teaching me the best ways around making a lovely pizza, worked as private chef also and well known pizzerias as LA BONTA and others !

We are attending any type of events, and we are flexible with our menu, chat with us about alternative menu options and discounts we can accommodate any type of request out of menu
