We provide wood fired pizza made with homemade, fresh dough. Based on a Neapolitan/New York style which provides a crispy crust and crispier base. We can provide both whole pizzas cooked to order or pizza by the slice. We can cater for large or small events.

Hi I’m Jon. I started this business with my partner Rachael mid summer 2025. I fell in love with making pizza back in 2020 when the country was in lockdown. I started with a small Ooni oven following YouTube videos and making pizza in the garden. A couple of years later I bought a bigger oven and started cooking for family and friends. As my passion grew, so did my thirst for knowledge and wanting to improve my skills. From there I attended a number of courses in London starting with Marco Fuso and then with Massimo Nocerino, who does a large number of great videos on YouTube. Since then I felt I had the perfect knowledge to move forward on a different journey. At the start of 2025 I took voluntary redundancy from work after 23 years of service. I found this the perfect opportunity to start making my favourite food for the general public.

Our clients have ranged from corporate events to Scarborough Sixth Form College, with whom we have an ongoing partnership. We are also working with our local council, doing events such as Scarborough extreme to the Cobled market, which we have been attending once a month. Last summer, we also did a number of birthday parties
