Pizzeria Nicona

We use traditional slow fermentation to craft a signature light and airy crust. Paired with top-tier Italian ingredients, service with a smile, and specialised commercial ovens that bake each pizza in under two minutes at 450°c to 500°c, we bring a fast, fresh, and engaging live-cooking experience to every crowd.

What We Offer:

Full Event Catering: Weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate events, private hire, and everything in between.

Community Pop-Ups: Regular local neighbourhood pop-ups bringing fresh pizza straight to your doorstep.

Rustic Visual Charm: Our eye-catching horsebox setup adds a memorable, photo-ready feature to any venue or garden.

See you at the hatch!

Hi, I’m Nick! For two years, I turned my kitchen into a flour-covered laboratory to engineer the ultimate dough. That obsession became Pizzeria Nicona - a mobile pizzeria operating out of a rustic, beautifully converted horsebox to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to events across Essex.
