Hi, I’m Nick! For two years, I turned my kitchen into a flour-covered laboratory to engineer the ultimate dough. That obsession became Pizzeria Rollo—a mobile pizzeria operating out of a rustic, beautifully converted horsebox to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to events across Essex.

​We use traditional slow fermentation to craft a signature light and airy crust. Paired with top-tier Italian ingredients, service with a smile, and specialised high-heat ovens that bake each pizza in under two minutes, we bring a fast, fresh, and engaging live-cooking experience to every crowd.
