Our mission is to create a positive impact by taking small, meaningful steps each day.

On our first year, our italian chef Gemma Costa, won the Scottish Street Food Award 2024 with a 100% Plant-based menu.

We launched our plant-based business to help reduce meat consumption and its environmental footprint. Our meals are crafted from scratch, packed with nutrition, and balanced with protein to show that plant-based food can be as delicious and satisfying as meat.

Our standout dishes include homemade portobello haggis, truffle gnochhi or blueberry tart.

We strive to be the best alternative for those looking to reduce their meat consumption because, as Sir David Attenborough has said, "The planet can't support billions of meat-eaters anymore."
