Propa serves fresh, açai and yoghurt granola bowls, protein packed shakes, smoothies, healthy treats made with quality ingredients. Most of our menu is naturally gluten free, vegan or can be made vegan, making it easy to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements.

We specialise in wellness events, vegan events, food festivals, markets and corporate events, bringing a vibrant setup, friendly service and delicious food that people love. With eye catching branding, customisable options and a focus on fresh, nourishing ingredients, Propa is the perfect addition to any event looking for a healthy food vendor.

Propa was created from my passion for healthy food and making nutritious eating more enjoyable and accessible. After working in childcare for several years, I wanted to combine my love of helping people with my interest in health, fitness and creating colourful, nourishing food. As a keen fitness enthusiast, going to events such as markets and food festivals, I found there were never any healthy alternatives, especially when tracking protein intake.

I’m inspired by the idea that healthy food should never feel boring or inaccessible. Every smoothie and bowl is made to be both nutritious and delicious, using fresh ingredients that leave people feeling good. Seeing customers come back, try something new and enjoy healthier choices is what motivates me to keep growing Propa.

My name is Indi and I’ve worked in customer service for 14 years, starting in my first café job at 13 and then gaining experience across a variety of cafés and restaurants. I’ve also worked at festivals and catered events before launching Propa, giving me a good understanding of how events operate, from the logistics behind the scenes to delivering great customer service on the day. Now, running my own business, this has allowed me to combine all of that experience into creating a professional and reliable catering service.
