PZAZA began with a simple question: why does pizza — one of the world’s most universal foods — rarely reflect the cultures of the people actually eating it?
Born in London, one of the most diverse cities in the world, PZAZA was created to challenge what pizza could be. The founders saw an opportunity to merge global flavours, pop culture, and modern food experiences into something that felt authentic to their upbringing and their community. Instead of replicating traditional Italian norms or competing with large chain restaurants, PZAZA set out to build a new lane entirely — pizza reimagined through a multicultural lens.
The brand started humbly from a home kitchen, operating only on select days with limited drops announced through Instagram. Orders were collected directly from customers, creating an atmosphere closer to a product launch than a takeaway shop. This intentional scarcity allowed PZAZA to focus on experimentation, quality, and connection with its early supporters while refining recipes and building a loyal following organically.
From the beginning, flavour innovation sat at the heart of the brand. Signature creations such as Oxtail, Jerk Chicken, Suya-inspired toppings, and Cajun Lobster & Shrimp Alfredo pizzas reflected the founders’ backgrounds and London’s global food identity — bold, unexpected, and unapologetically expressive.
