Our Story
Having spent a number of years working in the event industry we decided it was about time that we broke away and put our own stamp on things.
It had begun with what was initially a passion project to build our own Arcade Machines – with a vision of promoting retro club nights. However it soon became clear we could hire out the Arcade Machines themselves, branching out to provide a variety of Arcade style entertainment.
From here we had the premise of what would become R-Cade Hire – the convenient and affordable hire of fun event equipment for both public and private events.
It had begun with what was initially a passion project to build our own Arcade Machines – with a vision of promoting retro club nights. However it soon became clear we could hire out the Arcade Machines themselves, branching out to provide a variety of Arcade style entertainment.

Our Team
The most important component of R-Cade Hire is our staff. We are a collective of people with a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the events industry.
From customer service, to correspondence, maintenance, and logistics – these are all facets which are baked into our DNA. It’s a tight ship and we’re very fortunate to work among very smart, dedicated and professional people.
We’re events people! It’s certainly hard work but there is always time to really enjoy what we do. Solving problems, making it happen and doing it while putting smiles on our guests faces – this is its own reward.
As well as myself (Gary) and our Casino Manager (Dave) here's special mention to the great number of trusted people that make your event run smoothly. Namely: Crispin, Neil, Noel, Mark, Matt, Adrian, Laura and George.

The table fooball and air hockey were great and used through out the event. The 300 in 1 arcade machine not so much as we couldn't work out how to get the few 2 player games listed working
