My culinary journey has taken me through professional kitchens including Sushi Social in Reykjavík, The George of Stamford, The Black Horse and The Bull in Market Deeping. These experiences have shaped the way I approach food today — combining professional technique with the relaxed, personal atmosphere of dining at home.
