Starting from the very bottom as a dishwasher, through dedication, discipline, and passion for gastronomy, Lusi has successfully grown into the role of Executive Chef, building a strong career across multiple international kitchens and luxury hospitality environments.

Throughout the years, Lusi has gained extensive experience in a wide range of international cuisines, including Italian, Indian, Spanish, English, Asian, and American cuisine. This diverse culinary background has helped develop a creative and adaptable cooking style focused on quality, presentation, and authentic flavours.

Lusi has worked in several boutique and luxury hotels, including prestigious establishments such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Royal Hotel, where professionalism, high standards, and exceptional guest experiences were always a top priority.
