Rice & Ember brings authentic Spanish cuisine to events of all sizes through a beautifully converted trailer.

From the warmth and colour of Spanish cooking to the richness of its classic flavours, every dish is made fresh on-site — bringing a vibrant, immersive food experience wherever the road leads.

Our Story

Rice&Ember was born from something deeply personal. Growing up watching my father bring people together around food left a mark that never faded — the warmth of a shared table, the way a good meal turns strangers into friends and friends into family. Carrying that legacy forward isn't just a motivation, it's the whole point. The food we make is honest and hearty — the kind that fills a room with the right kind of noise. Every event we cater is a chance to recreate that feeling, whether it's a wedding celebration or a field full of festival-goers. Good honest food, cooked with care, has always had the power to bring people together. That's why rice&ember exists.

At Rice & Ember, it's family in every sense. My wife and I started this place from scratch, and we've since brought my two siblings on board to help bring it to life.

I hold a Diploma in Culinary Arts, a 5-star Food Hygiene rating, and Level 3 Food Safety certification. Our equipment is covered by up-to-date gas and electric safety certificates, and we carry public liability insurance for every event.
