We are ROSI, a small family business in the Cotswolds making Roman style pizza in our wood-fired oven.
Served out of a beautifully converted Rice horse trailer full of charm and character!
This allows us to go far and wide to offer you and your guests a freshly made, artisan, wood fired pizza at (almost) any location!
Our Ingredients
We take pride in what we do and have high standards for the ingredients that go into making the perfect pizza.
We always make our dough by hand, using 5 simple ingredients.
(Flour, Water, Extra virgin olive oil, Adriatic sea salt, yeast)
Proudly using fresh flour, milled from British, single Estate, locally stone ground Cotswolds wheat.
Italian grown San Marzano D.O.P Tomatoes.

Fresh Basil
These four Ingredients make the Margherita, the starting point for most of our pizzas!
We can cater to all tastes, from a simple Margherita to Cotswold-sourced Charcuterie or your favourite pizza toppings!
