We're Scarpetta, a Glasgow-based fresh pasta food truck bringing great Italian food to weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across Scotland.
Our menu is all about fresh pasta, generous portions and big Italian flavours. Think rich, slow-cooked ragùs, classic tomato sauces and delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes, all freshly cooked and served straight from our food truck.
We keep things simple. For each event, you'll choose two pasta dishes from our menu, giving your guests a choice of freshly prepared Italian food. Whether it's a corporate lunch for your team, an evening wedding reception or a private celebration, our setup makes for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.
We take care of everything from setting up and cooking to serving your guests and clearing away, so there's one less thing for you to organise.
We're a small, independent business, and we take real pride in both our food and the service we provide. Friendly faces, delicious pasta and a straightforward approach to catering.

Our Story
Scarpetta started in 2024 with a simple idea: to bring great Italian pasta to events in a fun, relaxed and approachable way.
I've always loved Italian food, particularly the simplicity of a really good pasta dish. You don't need an overly complicated menu or fancy presentation when the ingredients and flavours speak for themselves.
What started as an idea for a fresh pasta food truck has grown into a business catering for weddings, corporate events and celebrations across Scotland.
One of my favourite parts of running Scarpetta is getting to be part of so many different occasions, meeting new people and seeing guests enjoy the food we've prepared.
We're still a small independent business, and that's something we're proud of.

I'm Michael, the owner of Scarpetta, and you'll usually find me behind the pans cooking up our pasta dishes!
I'm joined by Lucy, who helps with front-of-house service and keeping everything running smoothly at events.
We're a small, hands-on team who love what we do. From the first enquiry to serving your guests on the day, you'll be dealing with the people who genuinely care about making your event a success.
