Born in the wild heart of Fife, Screaming Peacock brings Scotland’s best street food straight to you. We’re all about homemade, sustainable, high quality food served with serious style and plenty of fun.
Our fleet of slick, high spec trailers travels across Scotland serving four crowd pleasing menus: juicy Burgers, loaded Fries, tender Steak Sandwiches, and our signature Hot Dogs. Everything is handcrafted from scratch using ingredients from the Highlands, Lowlands, and trusted local farms. Our venison and pheasant come from the wild, our sauces are made in house, and our fries are crisp, golden and piled high with flavour.
We believe great food deserves great energy. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, festival or private celebration, we roll in with music, smiles, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. Our Story
Screaming Peacock started with a simple idea — to serve incredible food made from the wild, natural ingredients Scotland has to offer, and to do it with energy, pride and personality.
We began in Fife with one food truck and a passion for great produce. Having spent years working with Scottish game and local suppliers, we wanted to show just how good honest, homemade food could be when done properly. What started as a small pop-up quickly grew into a fleet of high spec trailers travelling the country, feeding crowds everywhere from muddy festival fields to private estates and city centres.
Our inspiration comes from Scotland itself — the people, the produce and the landscape. Every burger, steak sandwich and pile of loaded fries is a celebration of where we live and what we stand for.
We believe in doing things the right way. That means using sustainable ingredients, supporting local producers and creating a team culture built on enthusiasm and respect. We love the buzz of a busy service, the smell of the grill, and seeing people enjoy what we’ve made.

Our Team
Behind Screaming Peacock is a small team with big energy. We are a close and passionate crew who live for great food, great people and great events.
Founded by Guy Wade in Fife, the business began with one food truck and a mission to serve the best homemade Scottish street food in the country. Guy still leads from the front, usually behind the grill, at a market, or on the road making sure every event runs perfectly.
Working alongside him is a hardworking team of chefs, event managers and crew who all share the same passion for quality and good times. Everyone is trained in house to make sure each service, whether it is a 100 guest wedding or a full scale festival, runs with the same friendly buzz and attention to detail.
The mix of experience, enthusiasm and genuine love for hospitality is what makes Screaming Peacock stand out. Wherever we go, we bring the food, the smiles and the vibe.

We had The Screaming Peacock down for a private party at our house. The guys set up in a bit of a gale but the only request from us was a plug and a couple of jugs of water. Everyone raved about the burgers and fries. Very pleased guests which meant very pleased hosts.
