SE Medical was built from real frontline experience in ambulance services and event medical operations. I started my career working on the road as an ambulance technician and emergency care assistant, gaining hands-on experience dealing with everything from minor injuries through to serious incidents. Over time, I moved into senior operations roles within private ambulance services, managing teams, compliance, and large-scale event delivery. After years of seeing how medical cover was often under-resourced or poorly planned, I set up my own company to do it properly. The focus from day one has been simple: provide safe, well-structured medical cover that is based on risk, not just cost. What drives me is getting it right for both the public and the organiser. That means having the right clinicians on site, clear planning, strong communication, and the ability to respond properly when something goes wrong. SE Medical is built on that approach. We combine clinical experience with operational understanding, so events run safely and smoothly without unnecessary escalation or disruption. I still stay close to operations, and that keeps the service practical, responsive, and grounded in real-world experience.
