We've been making headway within the butchery scene, both national and international and having won several awards, we're confident that our current path is the right one.

We've recently diversified into hot food catering and it's proving far more popular than we imagined with a small cohort of followers attending the many events we get to!

Marrying up quality, affordability and traceability, consider something different, something extraordinary, and something wonderful.

We've really seen that our food applies to all.
The elderly know love the braised ox cheek recognising it from age old cooking, the younger ones loving the pulled pork rolls and we've even cracked the vegan market, having a strong group now who follow our events for the vegan food!
