Shanty Spirit is an award-winning distillery based in Poole, Dorset, crafting spirits and cocktails with unmistakable coastal character. Our mobile bar is built around our own award-winning Botanical Vodka and barrel-aged rum, with drinks designed to bring flavour, quality and a real sense of occasion to weddings, parties and events.
Our Botanical Vodka has the depth and complexity many people would expect from a fine gin, while our cocktails are shaped by the coast and made to be both memorable and efficiently served. Rather than offering a generic full bar, we focus on a curated menu using what we do best.
With extensive experience serving cocktails by the hundreds at music and food festivals across the South, and with our spirits also served in high-end venues including Michelin Guide restaurants, we offer a streamlined and polished experience that feels a cut above the ordinary.
