Jimmy spent five years in HR at a Shoreditch tech company, helping socials thrive and giving workplace culture a proper heartbeat.

Along the way, he figured out exactly why so many team events miss the mark. Gen Z don’t come into the office. Millennials have team-building fatigue. Gen X would rather be in the pub. And nobody wants another trip to play bowling, darts or crazy golf!

I’ve had a varied career. As well as five years in HR, I've written questions for Who Wants To Be a Millionaire and The Million Pound Drop, I've also written and produced my own sitcom for the BBC and I was in the very first episode of Made In Chelsea where I played (convincingly, may I add) the role of ‘man in queue’.
