About Singing Waiters in the UK
We are award winning Singing Waiters in the UK and were voted Best Singing Waiter Company of 2024 and now 2025 - woo hoo! I'm Paula and own and run the company and love our surprises that we make happen. I only take on so many events a year to make your experience with us a personal one, every event is unique and different and we work with you and your suppliers.
We go undercover to give your guests THE BIGGEST surprise at your event. After hours of secret undercover and when the moment is right we reveal that we are not in fact Waiters but professional Singers who sing a set of songs guaranteed to get your guests singing and dancing along - we get your party started.
You choose songs that will have everyone on their feet and joining in, don't worry we help with this part. We create an amazing effect that has everyone coming together, breaking down those barriers and getting everyone to remember your event for years to come - we cannot wait to start plotting and planning and being a little bit sneaky to spring our surprise at your event! All our singers are professionals, some have performed on the West End, The Voice, X-Factor we even have a member of our team who performed at Eurovision (and came 7th!) Our singers are absolutely fantastic and we pick the right singers for your event and theme to make the atmosphere you want to create.

Hi I am Paula the crazy lady who runs Singing Waiters in the UK, I love events, I love music and love organising a surprise. Along with my team of professional singers we go all out to make our surprise better than others you have seen, we dont just fall over but can do a whole host of different reveals to surprise.
I was an event planner for over 20 years in the corporate world and then decided to have some fun, my husband calls it my expensive hobby running Singing Waiters in the UK but why would you not have a fun job.

I have a BA in Event Management and love to help create a good party vibe, I love making memories to last a lifetime but I leave the Singing to my Professional Singers ,who have amazing voices and knock it out of the park at our bookings. You really dont want to hear me sing, but I do know what a good party looks like

STOP – Don’t use any other Singing Waiters!
Organising a company-funded event for 500 colleagues is no small task, especially when you’re trying to come up with fresh ideas to really get the party started.
Paula from Singing Waiters In The UK was an absolute pleasure to work with. She came up with fabulous, creative ideas for the ‘reveal’ that felt different from the usual “fall” — and with such a large audience, we were keen to avoid something guests may have seen before. Instead, we went for a Just Eat driver and two cricketers (perfectly suited to our venue at Edgbaston Stadium!).
The three singers were fantastic — true entertainers who genuinely love what they do. They had the whole crowd going and completely set the tone for the evening.

wonderful experience
For my 65th birthday I arranged for the singing waiters to surprise my guests- From the beginning dealing with Paula was a lovely experience- her enthusiasm and positivity made me feel confident in choosing them. The planning and organisation was very easy and they contacted the venue and sorted a lot of the details directly with them.
The night of the event, no one but me had a clue- when I finish my speech the singers started with For Good from Wicked and the room has captivated. the surprise was wonderful to watch.
5 songs were sung- special to me or some of my guests. Their reaction was moving and emotional- I couldn't of wished for a better reaction. It made a very special night even more memorable!

Fantastic!!
Paula was amazing to work with! This was something new for us and she provided us so many amazing ideas and it was executed perfectly on the day. She was amazing at being very discreet and good at secret keeping as well as liaising with our photographer to make sure he got some amazing shots.
