I’m Paula, founder of Singing Waiters in the UK. We’re an award-winning team, voted Best Singing Waiter Company 2024 and 2025, and Best Surprise Event Entertainer 2026.
We specialise in high-impact, undercover musical surprises. Your guests think we’re part of the venue team. Then, at exactly the right moment, everything changes.

Our singers are professional performers — West End, The Voice, X Factor, even Eurovision. But this isn’t about showing off vocals. It’s about creating a shared moment where everyone joins in.

I was an event planner for over 20 years in the corporate world and then decided to have some fun, I love running Singing Waiters in the UK, why would you not do a job you love and have fun and make memories.

Amazing and a big crowd pleaser
Amazing we wanted to be totally different so arranged for a wedding cake drop to start things off caused confusion and an massive party atmosphere afterwards with everyone up on there feet and dancing and singing was such a huge success and can’t thank you enough for everything you did what a day
STOP – Don’t use any other Singing Waiters!
Organising a company-funded event for 500 colleagues is no small task, especially when you’re trying to come up with fresh ideas to really get the party started. Paula from Singing Waiters In The UK was an absolute pleasure to work with. She came up with fabulous, creative ideas for the ‘reveal’ that felt different from the usual “fall” — and with such a large audience, we were keen to avoid something guests may have seen before. Instead, we went for a Just Eat driver and two cricketers (perfectly suited to our venue at Edgbaston Stadium!). The three singers were fantastic — true entertainers who genuinely love what they do. They had the whole crowd going and completely set the tone for the evening.
wonderful experience
For my 65th birthday I arranged for the singing waiters to surprise my guests- From the beginning dealing with Paula was a lovely experience- her enthusiasm and positivity made me feel confident in choosing them. The planning and organisation was very easy and they contacted the venue and sorted a lot of the details directly with them. The night of the event, no one but me had a clue- when I finish my speech the singers started with For Good from Wicked and the room has captivated. the surprise was wonderful to watch. 5 songs were sung- special to me or some of my guests. Their reaction was moving and emotional- I couldn't of wished for a better reaction. It made a very special night even more memorable!

Paula was a great help in organising this event for me she is great at communicating I can’t thank her enough. Jez the singer was great and such a nice guy, we had a great night and everyone really was surprised and enjoyed it, the “ birthday boy “ was so surprised and impressed. I can’t express how much Paula and Jez are recommended. If you want a singing waiter book this company you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended
