Our Story
With a wealth of experience managing and operating some of the most popular cocktail bars and hospitality venues, I have spent years perfecting the art of exceptional service, refined cocktails, and unforgettable guest experiences. Having worked across high-volume bars, restaurants, and premium cocktail settings, I developed a deep understanding of what truly elevates an experience beyond the ordinary. Sip Luxury Bar Services was created to bring that same level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail into the events sector, offering clients the atmosphere, quality, and expertise of a top-tier bar, seamlessly tailored to weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Our Team
I’m Michael, the Director and Operator of SIP Events, and I personally host and manage many of our events to ensure every detail meets the highest standard. Alongside me is a highly experienced, hand-selected team of former hospitality managers and seasoned bartenders, each with years of industry expertise. We understand the frustration of average bar service at festivals or standard corporate events-often run by temporary staff with little to no experience. At SIP Events, we do things differently. We recruit a well-oiled, professional team that works seamlessly together, delivering polished service, exceptional cocktails, and a memorable guest experience that goes far beyond the ordinary, making your event truly special.
Experience
Key milestones in my career include successfully running and operating over 10 hospitality venues, each recognised for leading standards in service, atmosphere, and guest experience. Throughout this journey, I built and managed high-performing teams, refined operational excellence, and consistently delivered venues that became local favourites.
Alongside this, with my strong passion for live music, I also operate a highly successful and popular music venue in the North West, combining hospitality, entertainment, and community to create unforgettable experiences.
