Fantastic service

I ordered a balloon arch for our wedding and wow, we were blown away with it! Kayley did an amazing job. We didn't get to meet her because we wern't at the venue at the time of Kayleys arrival but we were so happy with how it looked. It was better than we imagined! Thank you so much!

Paid and they came and erected the letters.

They came and erected the letters when they said they would whilst we were at our ceremony. When we arrived at the venue the letters were up and running. During the evening at some point they must have come and taken them away. Don’t know when as they don’t appear to have spoken to anybody. I just know that at the end of the party the letters were no longer there. You would have thought they would have spoken to one of us to say they had come for the letters. Other than that great service and very good value.

Hi Steven, thanks for your review. When we came to collect the letters it was at the end of the night & there was only a few people left packing up therefore we didn't cross anyone other than the DJ to speak to.
